Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of tsunamiroofing.ca (the “Site”), operated by 2788653 Alberta Limited, operating as Tsunami Roofing. By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
The Site provides general information about our thermal drone roof inspection and project-managed repair services in Calgary and the surrounding area. Details on the Site are for general information and may change.
2. Estimates and pricing
Prices shown on the Site (for example, “from $300” or “from $500”) are starting prices for typical jobs and are not binding quotes. Final pricing depends on the specific property, scope of work, access, and conditions, and is confirmed after an inspection. Where we offer to credit an inspection fee toward repairs, that credit applies only to repairs we carry out.
3. Inspections and reports
Inspections and thermal reports are advisory and reflect the conditions observed at the time of capture. They are not a guarantee of future roof performance, are not a warranty, and do not guarantee any particular insurance outcome. Thermal imaging has inherent limitations and its results depend on weather, access, and surface conditions at the time of the scan.
4. Repairs
Physical repairs and reroofs are carried out by independent, vetted subcontractors under our project management. Any workmanship warranty we offer, and the terms that apply to it, are provided with your written service agreement.
5. Drone operations
Drone operations are conducted in accordance with Transport Canada Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) regulations.
6. Booking and communication
By submitting the form or otherwise contacting us, you consent to be contacted about your request by phone, text, or email.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
The content, branding, and materials on the Site are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
